NOTES: The Luna Skirt in Polka Dot by Kowtow is a flared skirt with full gathers through the waist, pockets and a fixed waistband with a shell button closure. It features a playful polka dot, printed on lightweight organic cotton twill. The skirt is a standard fit and finishes at ankle length.
